Two Surrey locals who think your property should work harder.
We're Ed and Morgan, and we started Heathland Stays because we kept seeing good Surrey properties earning a safe, flat rent when the short-term market would pay noticeably more. For the past year we've been helping property owners close that gap, and the results on this site come from that work.

I grew up in Surrey and have been hooked on investing for as long as I can remember. Property was always the safe haven: buy it, let it, leave it alone. But safe had quietly turned into settling, with a flat monthly rent from a home that could be working much harder. I started Heathland Stays to get more out of property as an asset without losing what makes it dependable.

I've worked in property since graduating from university, so I've always looked at a home as an asset as well as a place to live. When my mum wanted more from her property portfolio, I helped her set up an income from it through short-term lets. Doing it for my own family showed me what a well-run short let can earn, and that's the same care I bring to every owner we work with.
