About us

Two locals who think Surrey landlords are leaving money on the table.

We're Ed and Morgan, both from Surrey. We started Heathland Stays because we kept seeing good properties earning a safe, flat rent when the short-term market would pay noticeably more.

We'd each managed short-term lets for other owners before joining forces, and the results on this page come from that work. We look after every property ourselves, so the people you speak to are the people running your let.
